The NEOsmile™ is a preformed tooth positioner that will idealize the patient's finishing occlusion upon debanding. The NEOsmile™ will maintain a Class I ideal relationship and provide some buffering against TMJ related irritations. Each NEOsmile™ incorporates molded airholes for unencumbered breathing. Like a custom tooth positioner, the NEOsmile™ is seated on the upper arch posterior on one side and stretched to the opposite side. BioForce - Square or Rectangluar   Optimally biological forces begin at approximately 80 grams of force at the anteriors, and gradually increase to approximately 300 grams of force in the molars. Also available with IONGUARD. Optimal Tooth Movement and Ideal Biological Forces As this chart shows, the optimal force needed to move anteriors is not the same as the optimal force needed to move molars. If a force is designed to move anteriors, it is too light to move molars. If a force is great enough to move molars, the force is too strong - traumatically strong - for anteriors. Other wires offer one force at a time, requiring at least two or three wire changes to achieve the desired movement. BioForce exhibits low forces at the anterior, gradually increases force in the bicuspids, and again in the molars. Each tooth receives the optimal biological force necessary to move specific teeth in one wire. Anterior Region of arch form has the lowest heat-activated force, as anterior teeth have the lightest roots. The Bicuspid Region of the arch maintains a slightly greater heat-activated force to move larger rooted bicuspids. The Posterior Region of the arch form has the greatest heat-activated force within the archwire for moving thestrong-rooted molars. GAC Sentalloy® Closed Coil Springs

Closing spaces with closed Sentalloy coil springs brings exceptional results.   TWO DESIGNS ARE AVAILABLE: Two Eyelet Design: The initial length is 3mm unactivated (this does not include the eyelet lengths). These can be activated to 15mm without any deformation or change in force. No change in force will be seen as the coil contracts, reducing the space. To engage, slide over a molar hook and slowly stretch to the post on the cuspid bracket or a sliding hook on the archwire. Use a locking Mathieu plier on the widened platform of the eyelet. If you do not use the cuspid post, tie the archwire to the tooth you wish to move, slide on the sliding hook, then tie in the balance of the wire. Now engage the spring as above. For an eyelet with ligature wire, you have the option of hooking the eyelet on the molar, then activating the spring and tying it to the cuspid bracket with the .008” ligature wire. Should you wish to span an area greater than 15mm, measure the span first. Then place the coil on the molar hook and activate the coil 10mm. Tie the ligature wire to the bracket.
